Squat 3x5x66, 3x5x86, 3x5x116, 3x5x136, 3x5x156, 5x5x186 (100 Reps for 13,050 Lbs.). Had a great workout squatting more than my body weight and a new personal Record (PR).
Bench 2x5x655, 1x5x95, 1x3x115, 1x5x130, 5x5x100 (48 Reps for 4,225 Lbs.). Benched a 5x130 for a new PR than dropped to a 5x5x100. Shoulders performed well.
Bent Over Rows 1x5x135, 3x5x155 (20 Reps for 3,000 Lbs.). Increased rows by 5 pounds and a new PR.
