Made it to week 4 of the podcast. I'm hating how my legs like to fight me when i try to run the 4 minute intervals. I made it through the first 2 days so only one more this week. I'm going to repeat it next week and hopefully i will get better. I've officially lost 32 pounds , but i think with running and weight lifting my weight drops than jumps up. I try to burn at least 500 calories everyday i workout. Trying to keep my dream of losing all this weight alive everyday.
