Four weeks of being Lazy with the Water Aerobics

Well, I started feeling the results of my being lazy with the water aerobics. My WHOLE body started to hurt, AGAIN. Today I made it to the pool and did the water aerobics that I have setup for my self to do. I follow a 60 minutes workout laid out in an illustrated aqua technique Guide. I have three different workout guides using water aerobics .I am doing a different workout every time. So far I am the only one doing it, but then where I go and the time that I go, there are not too many people there.
Today was really nice to get back into the water, but I am feeling it in my body this evening. I hope to go again tomorrow. I am able to go four time per week at a certain time only. If I miss my time slot then I am out of luck. It is better than not being able to use the pool at all.
I have been lazy with my food plan and the exercising for about 4 weeks. I know that I gain some weight back 6 to 10 lbs. That's really fast for 4 weeks. Today is a new day and I started tracking my food again and excising again. I have to think about what I have went through to lose 86 lbs . That is from my heaviest weight. I feel so much better when I eat correctly and exercise. WHY, do I treat my self so bad by not doing the correct things to keep me healthy??
Well the heck with why!!! I am going to be a GOOD parent to my self and take care of me.
I will STOP making up excuses
I will STOP saying I will do it tomorrow
I will STOP believing it will happen by it self
Begin working out today
Begin eating healthy today
Begin my life change NOW
Do it TODAY and be proud tomorrow
