Hi everyone thanks for checking in with me! Your support means the world to me! It has been an amazing busy time for me! I'm home now, hope things calm down before the holidays!

My shock was when my arm got sprained Sept. 9. I had no idea it would take so long to heal! I do not get injured very often. I am happy for that! I just had to face it & get to healing! I'm better now, still a little sore, but so much better! I have decided since I have learned to use my left hand more, I will & am continuing to do so! It amazes me HOW OFTEN I need 2 arms to live my life easily.

I did go to the wedding reception in Hollywood. I couldn't leave until I could drive. I was a few days late, but it was lovely in the backyard garden. I helped plan & helped with arrangements, while the wedding took place many miles form their home. I held down the fort so to speak. While there I was hoping to see friends & family, also, but I needed to heal, so not much extra driving. (Sorry AJ)

We did get to go to the Disney legend Mark Davis event we were invited to at the Academy of motion pictures. Our friend Alice Davis, Marks widow invited us! Lovely! We met the animator for Roger rabbit! Very fabulous!

It was a busy 2 weeks, there, but happy to make the trip. I took Lucky our parakeet with me! He loves talking to me & singing Christmas carols with me! I also took my new marionette the White Fox. I worked him a little, but not a full show, arm not ready yet! I did keep my records up with SpaRk people. Also met my DVD Pilates instructor, Risa Sheppard, she was VERY happy with my results! I did Pilates so much more, as Zumba is to active for me, while I am healing my arm. Hope to get back soon! As always my main spark goal is 100 fitness minutes & 100 spark points a day! Doing great with that goal plus maintaining my high 5 # above weight through all the adjustments.

I dressed up for the renaissance fair here at home on Sunday, fun! Then my beautiful Mom was in town Mon . & Tue. Great seeing her!

My DH, is needing attention, doctors appointments etc. I'm glad to be home & back to work! I am so blessed to be living such an amazing life! Thank you for bring apart of it!!!!
