Hey it's still Wednesday

Just looked at the title of yesterday's log and I think I lost or gained a day. So today is Wednesday. I kept up my walking, in fact two walks of 40 minutes. My hip was hurting a bit but it wore off. I walked this morning and this evening. Don't get excited I only did 8100 steps according to pedometer and boy am I slow. However I am proud I did it.
I just commented on a blog with some beautiful photos of a walk. Well my walk takes me past 3 abattoirs and meat processing plants, an Italian cheese factory and a prison. Outside the prison is a huge poster of a skeleton behind bars with the slogan 'Will power is real power' . I found this inspirational in a strange way. If I take a different route I pass one of the biggest building sites in London, if not the Uk, very noisy and very dirty.
I went to a prayer meeting tonight and I prayed for all my spark friends. Now I am going to listen to the radio for a bit. I am listening to a reading of Daughters of Time. I love being read to its so relaxing.
Well scales still haven't budged so I think I am going to ditch the timed goals and just say I will just aim to my next target when I get there.

    I agree with JAMBABY0 - I often find the inches start shifting when the weight stops doing so, it's as if it suddenly realises it needs to catch up a bit!

    The daughter of time is one of my favourite books. I love the description of your walk, the more you look the more you will find to tell us about, you've done pretty well so far. As you know, I never know which day of the week it is! It's surprising where you can find inspiration too - an interesting place to find that slogan.

    Two walks is great. The pool opened again so I did my usual coffee walk and then went and walked laps in the shallow end of the pool for 30 minutes and then swam and did water aerobics for another 30. I have to finish tracking my food and other goals and then am going to bed early!
