Day 2.

Good decisions today, so far.
Breakfast: 1 serving nonfat vanilla yogurt, 1 (1/2 cup) serving no-sugar-added canned fruit my regular coffee -- 202 calories total
Lunch: changed my mind and went to local grocery store to grab things to make this one...YUM! So, 1/2 chicken breast (breaded, but that was done at home!!), about 1/2 cup spinach, 1 plum tomato, 1 hardboiled egg (white only), 1 low-fat mozzarella cheese stick (a random Save-a-lot find (Coburn Farms brand), they're only 50 calories apiece which is lower than Sargento's!!) -- 214 calories total.

I am absolutely having another cup of coffee right now (don't judge me!!!!! lol), but I'm also at 4 cups of water consumed today, have kept my carbs to a minimum, protein looks good for the day, and my total calories consumed (well, before round 2 of the coffee) is 419.
I felt so good about actually WANTING the spinach and tomato, I certainly wasn't going to deny myself, even for the $4...
I also picked up a couple of apples and a little bunch of bananas, a few more cups of yogurt, a package of turkey hot dogs...and a HUGE THING OF GARLIC. I mean, it's monstrous. Peeled garlic...and only $2.99 for this (I kid you not) GIGANTIC tub. emoticon

I have hard-boiled eggs chillin' in the fridge (no funny intended), I've located all the fruits and veg in the house, and banished all of the sweet stuff (yes, even the Skinny Cow!) to the cabinet above the fridge that I have a hard time reaching. emoticon

I'm feeling really good about today, so far. Now, I just need to tread carefully when it comes to dinner, fit in a workout (no 2nd job scheduled today, so that'll be easy), finish all my water for the day, and I'll be all good! Halfway there on this day!!

    Don't do this cold turkey. Take little steps at a time and it is so much easier. Don't worry i still make mistakes once in a while. emoticon
