Ok so this Tiger is a little slow. I've been looking for an "assignment" and just figured out that I'm to write about my week (slaps self in the head and says DUH"
This week I noticed that my muffin top is going away and my big jeans feel bigger. Last Saturday the back doctor told me he no longer wanted to see me to adjust my back. When I walk my back doesn't start hurting as soon as in the past. I started doing planks this week and the first time my arms were shaky and I just laid on the floor and couldn't move after now the arms aren't as shaky as much and I don't lay face down on the floor after. I found out that planks will help my back too-back core and arms all in one exercise. I missed a total balckout on the BINGO challenge by 3 squares. I started cutting out deserts except for one day a week I still think about deserts but I haven't had any. Resisting Peanut Butter is getting easier too.
Goals for this week : keep one doing the planks,resisting deserts and Peanut butter
