So I am not totally on VLCD because I am eating other things besides the milkshakes and the bars. I am going to try to porridge tomorrow though. I am dreading it because I remember what the other types tasted like and I hated them. Well, I'm hungry but at the same time, I am eager to work out to get the best results possible.
I know I can do this and I am looking forward to the results. I refuse to get on the scale until after the diet is done and I get back to normal eating so I won't get discouraged or be unrealistic about how much weight I'm losing
