Down 38 Pounds

I'm down 10 pounds since my last picture. The dress barely fit last time, but now it fits perfectly. (My before pics are in my gallery here.)
I haven't lost as much weight as I wanted to over the last month. I'm still tracking my food and eating at the low end of what I should. I did start walking this month. I walk 1.7 miles 3 days a week. I've been walking at a 3mph pace according to my ipod app. I'm walking for 33 minutes and it's suppose to burn 195 calories according to my height and weight.
I feel so much lighter on my feet and I'm down to wearing all the clothes I never thought I'd fit into again.
I started at 250 and my first goal is 199 by mid December. I should be able to make it by then. By January I'll have to go buy some clothes as I'll have nothing to fit in. I've been donating everything I shrink out of. I will not be going back to where I was before.
We're looking to go out West in June and I want to bike across the Golden Gate Bridge. I could physically do it now, but I couldn't have done it before I lost the weight. I'm looking forward to it as a reward so to speak. No more food rewards...
