Wednesday - oy - only half way thru the week and i'm pooped!
A little bit of a fail yesterday- my plans for dinner - hoisin chicken, smoked paprika and gouda grits, and lentils... went the way of - oh, someone is in town for a single day and hubby saying the word sushi to her... and off we went to hh at one of our fav joints... I did have a ton of water yesterday to overcome some of the salt, and we walked home (via hoa meeting) so the scale only taunted me with a 1 pound increase. ugh.
Water: still going well, today is a new day and I will get it all in
Track my food: I did go in today and look up some equivalents to all the sushi we had. Success on that front!
Keep in calorie range: Actually with what i did have to eat yesterday, and a couple extra walks, i think i might have actually been in range! OR close to it!
Me time: got in a couple breaks to read a new book. I had on hold at the library for a book club a girlfriend and i were going to join, but then she had to go out of town, but the book came in, so i figured, hey, why not give it a go! It's pretty interesting so far! "The universe against Alex Wood"
Booze: fail yesterday, and i anticipate a fail today. OR i guess i wont even say i wont. But i will take care with the rest of my calories in the day to leave space for it!
My triceps are letting me know that i did some extra stuff on monday. Yeah!
FYI - chicken and grits are on deck for thursday!
