I don't eat little Debbie snacks.
I eat healthy choice soup for lunch.
I don't eat snacks in between meals.
I eat on a small dinner plate for dinner and have just one plate.
I take my multivitamin after breakfast every day.
I weigh myself once a week on Fridays.
I workout Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday every week.
