Some of us are stuck in a rut. We do the same safe things all the time. the same workout ,because we feel safe and comfortable. We eat the same foods for the same reason.
Then we hit a plateau , we stop losing weight we start getting bored and stop.
We need to be more like a turtle . He could spend his life safe in his shell .Once in a while he sticks his neck out he looks around and then he makes his move. He may be slow and methodical but he is also cunning and smart.
So stick to your safe comfortable routines for a while about three months or so . You should be losing . Then when you slow your progress stick your neck out. Look for something new to add or alter your existing routine. That is maybe all you need to succeed.
So be a good little turtle
stick your neck out once in a while . See you at the winning line.
