Made it through day 2 successfully

I am feeling some withdrawal, but it's relatively minor. However, WHEN do the thoughts of smoking stop? That's probably the most disturbing part of the whole journey.

And I know this, too, shall pass...I just hope it passes quickly...

I can't even begin to imagine what you are going through. I have never smoked.

I lost a loved one to lung cancer not long ago, and it was so hard to see her suffer. Anything you can do to put smoking in your past will be worth it. I know you can do it!

It is a habit and a way of life... it will take some time. Give it 4-6 weeks and you will be thinking about it a LOT less. Kudos to you for quitting. It is the ONE best thing you can do for yourself.
