Week 4 goals

I need to re-focus! I need to take aim! Except for a few great days, i have been just skating by. I can not lose focus.
This week i will track my food every day on paper or in SP
Every day this week I will get at least 1000 more steps than I did the same day last week.
This week i will track my exercises on paper or in SP
This week i will do all 5 nine min missions
This week i will do at least 40 min of cardio
This week i will try my best to max out the challenges every day.
This week i will get to the next decade!
