I love the idea of being able to track foods ahead of time! I've already got today's dinner (which I'm bringing with me--a late night at work) logged in. I can see how I'm doing before I decide what to have for lunch.
Last night I had to stop eating by 7 because I had blood work this morning. I was surprised at how little that worried me. In the past, I'd barely been able to not eat for 10 hours let alone 12.
