Success so far

Wednesday, October 16, 2013

I love the idea of being able to track foods ahead of time! I've already got today's dinner (which I'm bringing with me--a late night at work) logged in. I can see how I'm doing before I decide what to have for lunch.

Last night I had to stop eating by 7 because I had blood work this morning. I was surprised at how little that worried me. In the past, I'd barely been able to not eat for 10 hours let alone 12.

Thanks for the encouragement &comments! I've also got more consistent internet access during work than I did before and that is going to help me keep track of what I eat, as well as keep up my motivation.

Tracking ahead is a great way to see which areas need work, whether you need more protein or more calcium, etc... It seems I always need more calcium. I only worry about fasting when it's mandatory.

    Have a great day!

I like to track ahead also. Otherwise I can get to supper and have no calories left for the day. I enter meals and then let snacks fill up the excess.
