Good Morning Friends. Oh man, I got up earlier to get my WIN reflection and catch up on the threads but the morning has gotten away from me trying to do 3 things at once! Busy busy, but feeling better than I did yesterday. Gotta love those mood swings, best part of PMS
. Exam went horrible last night, but now I know how to study for the next one and what to expect. He is a jerk, made fun of my email in front of everyone last night (didn't say who it was) that I sent him about if he is lecturing after the exam. Really pissed me off, he is such an arrogant bastard. I apologize for the language, he just really gets under my skin! I will be giving a detailed review of him at the end of the semester and I am writing down everything! Anywho, love my new laptop! I am even digging the new windows 8! After class tonight I have to get my outline of another website down for tomorrow. I am NOT going into as much detail as before! So only 7-10 pages not the 28 that I had before. He can kiss my big you know what! LOL

Finally going in the right direction!!!
Getting better at watching portions and making the healthy choices. Still needs improvement but it is better than the few weeks before! I did cave and have a couple oreos last night but I don't have as much of an addiction to those so I am good with a couple. I also haven't been entering my cals into SP tracker, I right in down in my book but I would like to get back to putting it in the system so going to attempt that this week :)
I did exceed my weekly total fitness minutes but not my daily goals! Still need to work on amping it up more and daily! Also need to continue to work on getting my ST done daily!
Goals for the week:
1. Lose 1lb (1.38 a week for remainder of BLC 23)
2. Continue watching portions and eating healthy
3. No junk food 2 days this week
4. Continue working on amping up cardio
5. ST 3 days this week plus TNT on Thursday
6. 225 weekly FM
7. Track food on SP 3 days
