Me !!!! I am pushing myself back in !!!

Wednesday, October 16, 2013

It has been ages since I logged into my sparkpage and (or) blogged. I disappered from the fitness world approximately 2 - 3 years or in between... ermmm..

Why ???? - Well, after joining into my new job, due to my ankle injury and then suddenly financial instability I have quite from gym and adopted back my emotional eating habit due to stress and anger (frustration).

I was in a healthy 59.9 kgs and shot up to 72 kgs. Been maintaining at 72kgs for approximately 1 year till I decided enough is enough !!! I have allowed too many stuff to get in between me, myself and I where I started hating everything.

June 2013, God sent me an angel whom made me realize what I gave up and helped stress enter my life and made it even more miserable. Since then, I started taking small steps into changing my lifestyle. I started with a walk and am now a hiking freak !! I lost a total of 7 kgs and am aiming for another 5 kgs by 31st December 2013.

What happened to the angel ? Well, I guess he was just a passing cloud ...

I am not back into SparkPeople and hope to stay here long. Am also looking forward to motivate other (hopefully) and to further build my fitness level...

Am not sure if its because of my weight training yesterday (first time in 2 years and was quite a intense training)... :p
