I weigh in at 161.8 lb today! That's less than 3 lb from my goal for October, which is to get into 150's. I am hoping that the next two weeks will be enough to drop the pounds, so I can look fabulous in my superhero costume on Halloween. To that end, I spend the day not only cooking, but pre-portioning my munchies. I got baked chicken quarters, lots of greenery and freggies in the fridge. I also made my own trail mix, with raw almonds, two other kinds of nuts, dried cranberries, dried mangoes and chopped dates. The mix was then portioned out in half-cup baggies, so tomorrow all I need to do is grab one and stick it in the purse. I've done this for the last few days, and it's fantastic for staving off my hunger on the go. By the way, thanks to you guys who gave me good advice on my last blog; I will try to shrink some pants, and hit up a second hand store. Thank you for your help!
