Beating Stress with Good, restful thoughts

I have several days that have 3 events per day. That can be stressful. Alas, I decided to give up worrying. I then set some priorities. I also take deep breaths and move deliberately.

    That's much better than stressing. I had to do that last week when I had 3 appointments which got messed up when the first one was 2 hours late. Just relax and take deep breaths-it will all work out in the end.
