I've been doing well during this detox - staying super hydrated, walking a lot, not focusing on intense exercise. It's helping me get back into the routine of eating fresh foods first, and I feel more satisfied with less food. that's probably due to decreased activity... but I walked 7.5 miles yesterday, 4.5 today, and did 40 pushups + stretching between cooking all my tasty produce for the week.
yay for detoxing.
