Tiresome Tuesday

Boy am I worn out!

This morning started with a Pilates class. We did intervals with a focus on lower body. Then I came home and ran my mile. Then I did a Blogilates video. It was a squat challenge. Then this evening, I was supposed to have dance class, but once again, no one showed up. I'm thinking this class will get dropped soon. But I used to time to work on some choreography and then I just improvised. So it was an active hour. Then I had my evening Pilates class, which was the same as this morning. My legs are like jello from the workout they got today. And I'm starting to zone out. I'm exhausted!

Tomorrow starts with a Pilates class, where we'll be doing an intermediate mat workout. Then I'm hoping to get in my run and Blogilates, but I have an eye doctor appointment. Hopefully, that won't take too long. Then tomorrow evening I have a 2-hour dance class. So it will be another full day.

    That is a full day!!!! Squats and running in the same day I would think would make your legs feel very tired!!!!
