After work I had to wait an hour for my son's doctor appointment so no sense in jogging then.
After the doctor's appointment, I just felt tired and wanted to curl up in bed with my Kindle. I told myself that if I perk up later, then maybe exercise on the treadmill...
I did perk up later, but then I had dinner cooking. Ate dinner and didn't want to do treadmill until that full feeling of food was digested somewhat...
Played with the puppy and trying to teach him to ring a bell that is strung up on the back door. Every time he dings it, out we go!
I think he is catching on, but he still pees quarter size puddles on my carpet. Boo!
So, no I did not get my treadmill exercise in. I am now dead tired at 9:00 pm and in bed creating this blog.
Tomorrow, I work until 2:30 pm with no other obligations afterwards. Then the double shifts begin on Thursday and Friday. And long shifts on Saturday and Sunday. I think I work Monday...but if not, then that would be the day I will hit the pavement!
For the most part, I am within my calorie ranges. I know this is not a plateau I am in but a lack in my exercising that stalled my weight loss.
I seriously need to have a very consistent after dinner treadmill plan. I used to walk 3 miles on the treadmill years ago after dinner when I was doing Weight Watchers. I can do it again! I should do it again! But this time, I can jog!!!
