So I've been doing the recumbent at the gym as one of my cardio exercises and I noticed something today. For the first time, I spent a decent amount of time going over 12 mph so I was going to credit a portion of my ride to over 12 mph. I went to enter it in and under 12 mph is listed as moderate and then it jumps to over 15 mph for vigorous. What happened between 12 and 15?
