First of all, I know I typically have better titles than the one above, but I think unless it's something really exciting, dates might help me be able to find posts later on that I'm looking for. :)
Last Sunday, 10/6 was the beginning of my new plan: lower calorie range, more accurate representation of how many calories I burn per week on my fitness page, and I new energetic feeling about my plan.
It's been just over a week and I can honestly say I've done pretty well; I've only gone over my range 4 days in the last 9 days - 2 of them were just barely over (200 calories or less over my high end). The other two were essentially planned "off days" which I am still allowing myself.
I weigh in tomorrow for the BLC23 challenge. I'm not sure what to expect, but in all reality, it's OK regardless...I am on the right track now and I know I am doing what I need to do.
I am adding on another 2 weeks of T25 Alpha round and then, beginning in November, I'll start the Beta round - which I was technically supposed to start last week in my challenge group...but since when do I follow all the rules anyways?! Ha!
