Getting back on track

First of all I want to thank everyone for the great, supportive comments on my last blog!

I feel a little better and I am still trying to get back on track... it's going okay, but not great.

I went for a walk and have been drinking my water today, which is good, baby steps. We won't talk about the giant burrito I had for lunch...

Tomorrow is another day, another chance to turn it around, and I can do it!

    Don't wait til tomorrow to turn it around!!!! If you stumble, just get up & keep trying to go forward!! I don't think that if you fell down on the ground you would wait until tomorrow to try to get up & walking again??!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! emoticon

    I'll tell you what...we won't talk about your giant burrito if we also fail to mention my second helping of spaghetti!

You can do it!!!! I know you can!!!!

Do you see any patterns of when you are overeating or what is causing it? I'm starting to notice that I'm doing well during the day and then overeating at night when I watch t.v. I also am noticing that I go over on my calories on the days I don't get much fruit in, so tomorrow I'm going to make a point of eating fruit/vegetables instead of grabbing the hundred calories bags of popcorn and fudge pretzels.

Good job on the water and walking! Small successes lead to big successes.
