I don't sound like a total dork...

That is my opinion after listening to the interview I did with Lily Hills for SparkRadio. I have to admit that it felt a little awkward to listen to myself, but since I was merely speaking MY truth, I am okay with it. It was weird to hear my voice. I didn't realize my voice was pitched that low. I have always considered myself kind of squeaky voiced. Guess not. LOL!!
Drove mom to the wound clinic today after getting the car inspected and walking the dog 6 miles. Hopefully we will just have to pay court costs when I go before the judge since we got it inspected at 8am the very next day. Dad has already said that they will pay for it, since it is mom's car. And mom said she would go with me when I have to go to court. As for the dog walk... Cooper was happy to walk the 6 miles, though he did have to stop and roll in the grass a few times. He always looks so happy with his tongue hanging out the side of his mouth, wriggling around on his back. I am just glad he didn't roll where another dog pooped!
Oh, he almost got sprayed by a skunk last night! Yikes!! We were out at dusk, which is when the skunks are most active, and one crossed our path and Cooper went to chase it. I pulled him back fast and the skunk went under somebody's house. We dodged a bullet there. I don't really have a good place to wash him down if he were to get skunked, so I was very relieved that the skunk was more interested in escape.
So, check out the interview I did and tell me if my self assessment is correct. I am not a TOTAL dork.
