Been a few days!

Tuesday, October 15, 2013

Haven't blogged for a few days. Not much health wise to report except that Friday late afternoon I had a call about the blood work I had done and everything was fine except the platelet count. Will take that up with my doctor on Friday. Jeff had a few really bad days when he stopped with the chemo pump. He is somewhat better now.
Not much has been going on around here at the house. Paulina came over Sunday and helped me move some furniture and we went through a bunch of stuff that she took home. I loaned her all the stuff I had for scrap booking. I believe that this Friday I may go over and we will have a scrapbooking party and I will spend the night as I really hate to drive after dark.
Got My room rearranged and still have a little to go through in the closet, but not much. Yesterday I totally cleaned the hall closet. It looks good. Today I started on the bathroom, but quit because I don't have the kind of cleaner that I know won't make me sick. Will get some tomorrow when I go get the new prescription for a blood thinner. We are having a misty rain. It will soak in real good. I went out and checked the new lilac bush I planted a couple of weeks ago and it is doing fine. It was just a little twig. Cut grapes to feed the chickens and cut some swiss chard also for the chickens. They think they are in pig heaven!!
Seem to be starting to get my glucose down to the safe level. It has been a mess, but I will get it under control.
I thank the Lord for the beautiful rain that we are getting. He is blessing us in more ways than I can count. I give praise to His Holy Name!!
