Fully Raw First Week

Tuesday, October 15, 2013

So I've recently gone raw vegan this last week, and I've realized that I need to have at least something none fruit / vegi per meal. I'm having oatmeal in the morning until I can get a smoothie maker. My morning is usually (now) half a cup of oats with agave nectar and almonds with cinnamon. And a bunch of fruit. I'm basically using the oatmeal as a side and the fruit for the main dish.

Lunch is mostly fruits and a cup of soy milk. And dinner is the same as lunch.

I'm looking up recepies for the future, but so far I've had two accidents. I binged on 4 donuts and half a pizza on monday and 3 donuts and an enchilada last night. That's why I'm incorporating in the oatmeal and some peanut butter on gluten free bread (when I get the money to buy the natural peanut butter and gluten free bread that is. . . ) So I don't BING on things I shouldn't.

I've had SO much energy the last few days that two of my co workers are totally jealous! I've lost 4 pounds since last I weighed in. (Sunday). And I can now go up the stairs in my house without feeling like passing out!

I love this so much that I plan to keep up with it and perfect it piece by piece!

On Thursday a co worker and I are going to carve pumpkins and roast seeds, and make pumpkin pie. It's going to be a Raw pumpkin pie recepie I got off youtube from following FullyRawKristina. She has the best recepies!
