A healthy Thought for the day: Sometimes we eat to ease pain, fear, or troubles. I sure have been guilty of this in my life. We can take courage for their is help and hope in times of distress or/and pain.

Bible verses of help and encouragement:

Jesus said, " And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—" John 14:16

2 Corinthians 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. 5 For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ. N.I.V.

HUGS from Heaven!!! JESUS love you!

Matthew 11: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” N.I.V.

Psalms 23:1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake. N.I.V.

Philippians 2:1 If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, 2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. N.I.V.
