Hi everyone I hope all my Canadian friends had a good Thanksgiving. I was very happy and proud to stay within my calories and I got plenty of fiber. I did LOTS of cleaning and cooking. Burned some calories on my feet most of the day. The only extra I had was one extra ounce of delicious white meat turkey. It was still in my calories range, low fat, and a bit extra protein. Plus it gave me the "seconds" happy while knowing I was still being healthy. It makes me happy to know I can do this even with more holidays coming up. The only thing I would do differently is make sure my dessert is pre cooked so I don't have to watch everyone at their desserts while mine is cooking.

Now after doing the 8 week challenge
The first time I did a challenge I didn't put very much effort into it. I only did the challenge for about 2 weeks and then just gave up. This time I made it my goal to get through the whole challenge. I made myself accountable to myself, my team and the other teams in the challenge and I SAW THE RESULTS!!
22 pounds lost, 4 inches from my waist, 2 inches from my chest, and 4 inches from my hips. I can honestly say I am REALLY looking forward to the next challenge. I hope all of you find a challenge that meets your goals and your needs and give it your all!
