wow Tues oct 15th 22 days with atkins phase 1

Well terrible I have not posted, logged food exercise since last week. How can I be so busy not sure really this is nuts. On the go still eating low carb about 95% staying the same weight but inches lost
5 inches waist
3 inches bust
2 inches hips
BUT no weight loss!!!
I probably wont log the rest of the week. Did get 10,000 steps yesterday what a mile stone. Jazzercise class devoted to breast cancer it gave me chills to see all the pink.

    I would assume you are loosing fat tissue and developing muscle tissue instead, which means that your scale is not budging but you are improving physically. I will make a suggestion that if you could afford it find out your body composition, you will most likely find that your composition has improved. Also more muscle than fat weight means you are burning more calories almost every active moment!

Also the great numbers of you measurements shows greater accomplishment than a weight number from the scale. I give you an amazing woohoo for your accomplishments!

    Scale weight is just too flaky to take very seriously. After all, you really don't want to lose weight, you want to lose fat, and the tape measure shows that better than the scale every time.
