Inspired by my Cat Buddy

Tuesday, October 15, 2013

I woke up this morning feeling very, very lumpy. My coffee was calling but I thought about my Spark Cat Buddy, DebbieDay and how yesterday she said she got up early and walked before she had a chance to change her mind. SO...I did the same thing today and I woke up on my walk without coffee! (A definite miracle!) The additional great news is because of those 39 minutes of steps, I will reach my Fitbit goal of 8000 steps for today. Isn't it great having Spark buddies to inspire us in this daily, hourly health adventure? I am SO grateful and BLESSED to be on Spark. Thank you, DebbieDay!

emoticon Awesome job on that walk! You did better than I did to get out without coffee!! I got one cup in and then grabbed my water bottled and got out the door!

So true if I don't do it FIRST THING it won't happen.

The best part is it gives you a huge boost to stick to pla knowing you literally get the day started on the 'right foot'!!!

    We will rock this challenge!!!

    Keep on moving!!!!

    Awesome!!!
