With my exercising. I took a 4 day break.
But I got back on track today. I've done my 30 Day Shred workout, and I'm planning on doing some more today. No work today. I got rear ended in the work van yesterday, and even though it wasn't my fault, I have to wait until a drug test comes back to get back to work. No one was hurt, and that is what is important. The guy was just in a hurry and wasn't paying attention. I was stopped to pull into the facility with my turn signal on, but there was traffic, so I had to wait. And bam. But like I said, no one is hurt, and that is the important thing. So I will use today to get back on track with my workout. I think I'll do some yoga later on to stretch out, as I am a little sore. I heard the squeeling tires and tensed.
So I am just going to make the best of today, make it worthwhile. Have a great day!
