I had intended to jog/swim again Saturday morning but enjoyed sleeping in a little too much. And since I left for Mom's late I stayed to late Sunday to get back before the gym closed. I did, however, bring my workout clothes and set myself up so that I could have gone to the gym if I'd left early enough. That made it east to go last night after work because the bag was already packed.

I don't know if I'll keep this up or for how long. I bought a set of Zumba class passes I have to use by mid-December and I can't double up on that like I can with swimming. I have a vague thought in my head that I'll go on Wednesday then not jog/swim again until Saturday morning. Otherwise I need to jog/swim on Thursday. As big as I am this is hard on my body. Until I can get the eating under control and take some pounds off I'm going to leave a lot of rest time between workouts.

But at least I'm finally doing something.

    Take it slow. Do what you can. A little exercise to start is better than none. Doing too much can cause an injury that can cause you to not be able to exercise at all. Keep at it, you can do it!

    Move when and how you can, you don't want to hurt yourself in the process here. Hang with it!
