I had intended to jog/swim again Saturday morning but enjoyed sleeping in a little too much. And since I left for Mom's late I stayed to late Sunday to get back before the gym closed. I did, however, bring my workout clothes and set myself up so that I could have gone to the gym if I'd left early enough. That made it east to go last night after work because the bag was already packed.
I don't know if I'll keep this up or for how long. I bought a set of Zumba class passes I have to use by mid-December and I can't double up on that like I can with swimming. I have a vague thought in my head that I'll go on Wednesday then not jog/swim again until Saturday morning. Otherwise I need to jog/swim on Thursday. As big as I am this is hard on my body. Until I can get the eating under control and take some pounds off I'm going to leave a lot of rest time between workouts.
But at least I'm finally doing something.
