happy to see the scale move--found a beautiful painting of a nude with the body I want (and its realistic enough that it's feasible--no Kate Moss, but a strong relaxed beautiful CURVY woman). Having a visual helps--breakfast w/eggs and egg white and spinach, mushrooms and some cheese comes in at 7 carbs and 300 calories. Bad habit to track: procrastination--nice to move on to something meatier than "don't eat cheetos"
