Hi! Boy since turning 50 everything is a struggle for me. I can't seem to lose even a pound - and if i do, it comes right back on. I can't get in an exercise routine. Feeling like a big blob. So starting today I am going to try following a couch to half marathon training schedule.
It is very gentle, starts super slow and easy. I have always thought about participating in a Disney 1/2. It's a dream. It can't hurt to try. We will see how far I can get.
I may try to always do my jogging outside. It seems like the treadmill is discouraging somehow and tedious. So my goal is to A) start outside and B) follow this new training plan.
I am and continue to follow low carb/ south beach type of eating.
Ok, here we go. We will see....
