Today is day 15. I didn't find the time yesterday to blog about day 14.
They're very good lessons. One is about eating breakfast and an afternoon snack. I believe her when Linda Spangle states that this is very important to avoid overeating at night.
Then, very interesting to me, for day 15 she says that you only really taste the first two bites of a food. I'm definitely going to try that out - AND try, as she suggests, to then just leave the rest. That will be a challenge I think!
I'm still sugar free and did not binge even though yesterday was a very big day for me, very important and asking very much of me.
