21 day challenge results

Those 3 weeks flew by:)
Sugar cravings starting coming back in full force by the end. I did have "a reward" Cliff bar because I was craving cookies:) Guess if I can consider Cliff bars a treat something is working.
Just have to remind myself that smoothies do the trick and to stay away from the packaged goodies:)

Results:
*down 10 pounds (not that I care, I am not a scale watcher, but I do like all kinds of data)
*energy way up, major gains in productivity throughout the day
*clothes are loose
*skin getting clearer
*sleeping much better
* I am craving sugar again and I am not sure why (hormones, stress??)

Now the good stuff:

Max weights
Sept. 21st
back squat: 95
bench press 55
deadlift 1o5
overhead press 50

Oct. 5
back squat: 125
bench press 70
deadlift 115
overhead press 55

Oct. 12
back squat: 130
bench press: 70
deadlift: 120
overhead press: 55

*Increase of 35 pounds on back squat
*Increase of 25 pounds on bench press
*Increase of 5 pounds on over head press (my weakest area)
*Increase of 15 pounds on deadlift
Looking to see even more gains as I finish out the year strong!

Through December:
*Continuing to eat "Primal" Paleo with protein powder (following the 21 day guidelines)
*Continuing to following the 5/3/1 lifting plan
*SWEAT and spin as many days as I can
*Two bootcamps during the week at school (that I teach)
*Personal training with clients (as scheduled, working with one member now who is loving the crazy stuff:)
*Getting the pups out whenever possible

Looking forward to ending the year strong:)
