Ow, my router

Tuesday, October 15, 2013

Sometimes folks naturally post less on the weekend, but lately that's when I've been doing more posting, and I missed it this week because our router broke. Can you believe we were not on the internet for like 48 hours? Totally weird.

I fell out of the Mischief Night challenge, I think, though I guess I could double check. (on At Goal & Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance). And Saturday was my 10 month maintenance landmark. I checked BIA at the pharmacy and I'm less than 26% bodyfat, apparently. That was very good to see.

Well, hopefully more tomorrow. I miss everyone!

Hi Tricia, our router went out a couple of weeks ago, I was really hating that! We sure do love our virtual world don't we? I am glad that you are back up and running...especially since your classes are on-line, I would think that you would definitely have it rough without connectivity!

So your pharmacy has a BIA thingy? What pharmacy do you use? I just had a physical assessment and they said mine is about 24% but I didn't believe them. I would love to check it at the pharmacy if it is available here. But I really think that I want to do the BodPod thing, just need to find a place that does it around here and find out how much it will set me back.
