Rain, rain, go away,
come again, another day . . .
Boy, did we get rain tonight! I was lazy and didn't make supper so we went out for Godfather's pizza and got caught in the middle of a downpour! Lightening, flooded streets, sheets of rain coming down! We got drenched walking (no, running) to our car to go home. I ate more calories today than I wanted to but I did manage to do some exercising, too.
I did my 50 jumping jacks and pulled out my SparkPeople DVD for strength training and did a 10 minute lower body workout and a 15 minute cardio blast routine. I'm really missing my runs so I hope I'm able to get out and get some running in one of these days!
