calories today. go me! first time under 2000 in a while. I think drinking tea instead of coffee helped keep my hunger levels in check... weird, but something I've noticed before.

    Well done, for me it's the small things I do every day that help keep my calories down - like drinking mainly green tea throughout the day and no longer having milk or sugar in any of my teas - all black now and they taste lovely. I used to drink a lot of my calories and now it's mainly black tea or lemon juice in water. Those daily calories are definitely a tricky balance! emoticon
