blc dictates for the weekend include posting goals for the next ten weeks, so that's why i've bothered to open up this page and scribble in it. didn't really feel like it.
anyway. i could say something along the lines of I'll use the same goals, and endeavor to actually do it. But that really hasn't worked at all, has it, so I'll try something different.
My plan is not to make any plans. I don't know when or where I'll be working, so to make a specific plan is kind of useless. While I'm not, I intend to go to the gym 2-3 times a week. Only made it twice last week, and this week is starting out with a grumpy stick up my butt, and a ticket for ALCS game 4 in my wallet, which makes it unlikely I'll make it on Wednesday, and Friday is taken up driving up north for a wedding, so...Thursday? If whatever muscle that I seem to have pulled in said butt, which is shooting pains right down through my knee and down to my ankle when I walk, if that cooperates, that is. Of course, that might have a say in the Wednesday plans to go to downtown Detroit, too. Glad I decided to grab a seat, instead of a standing room ticket, anyway.
Foodwise, I'd like to think I'll make better choices going forward. And rely less on snackages to get through the hungry bits. I've been relatively good this past week, not going to the store to fill the void in the pantry where something salty, or something sweet or something like what i wanna stuff in my face right at this very moment should reside. So there's that.
so, you see, i'm not putting numbers on anything. I suspect I'll do better for not feeling i have to live up to some abstract construct. Except, I will put this number on here: 194.4 - current weigth wieght weight (for some reason, I couldn't figure out how to spell that stupid word), 10 down from the highest ever, a couple down from the recent high, 22.2 over what I acheived achieved back in March. Let me just set that as a high end for whatever is going to happen over the next 6 months, let alone the next ten weeks.
