This past month I've been really inconsistent with my eating and working out plans. On the good side, I found a saturday workout buddy and a cheap gym to go to. I've lost the first 10 pounds, I feel better about myself. But now I'm kind of stuck. I'm happy to be wearing size 18 pants, but I want more! I'm just not always willing to put in the work for it... This morning I got up and forced myself to work out but after about 20 minutes I felt so nauseous I had to stop. I got on Sparkpeople and found some more motivation :) I signed up for a virtual 5k at the end of this month! I already know the route I want to do. I got the training plan. I need to do it!
So here's to setting goals and making a plan to achieve them!
