Today's loss was -2 pounds!! Woo Hoo!! I am SO excited!! I wasn't the biggest loser again this week, but I am not fretting about it. It's the big final weigh in on December 9th that I have my sights on.
I overslept this morning, partly because I am starting to not feel well, and the other part is because I could NOT go to sleep last night to save my life. I tossed and turned until after 2am. Because of my sleeping in, I did not go to the gym. Like I said, I haven't felt the greatest today, BUT when I finished my cleaning here at the school, I went into the gym and did a walk/jog workout for 30 minutes. This also helped me reach my daily step goal (10,000 steps) on my Spark Tracker.
I hope you all had a great Monday, and may the rest of your week be full of healthy food choices and lots of movin around! I will be pluggin along on my WLJ, and praying I do not get sick, as I fear this is gonna happen, based on how I am feeling.
