Day 197 - Missing my Exercising

I picked up a lot of daytime hours which messes up with my exercising. I will have to learn how to exercise in the evenings and during my free time. I really enjoy my morning exercises since I am more alert at this time. It sets up my entire day too!

When I don't exercise in the morning, I feel tired and sluggish during the day. By the time I am done working, I am so tired of being tired and sluggish that all I want to do is be a couch potato.

I either have to get up very early to run on the treadmill (too dark outside) but wake up my family or discover a way to wake up after work.

Either way I have to do something if I want to see continued success...

    Just change into your workout clothes before you leave for home or possible exercise around your work area so it feels like one more part of the day that you have to complete before you go home and veg out. I struggle with this too because I am not a morning person but exercising at night has actually given me more energy and kept me from sitting on the couch and mindlessly eating (another challenge). Hope you find something that works for you! emoticon
