First: I really want to thank my fellow underdogs for all the support I've been given so early! This challenge is shaping up to be amazing, and this is my favorite SparkTeam yet. The comments on my blog and page have been so supportive and helpful! I never expected this level of support, and I am overwhelmed. I hope to be just as supportive as the weeks continue.
Moving on, this weekend was off for me. I ended up going out of town and had a lovely time, but went off the rails of my fitness plan. The upside was that Saturday was full of walking. The downside was tailgating led to overeating and drinking, and Sunday I just lazed around.
I felt so crummy today, but pulled myself together and got back on plan. I finished week 6's final workout on the 5K your way plan, and I feel okay about starting next week. It was a bit rough; I wasn't really feeling it and almost wuit early on, and (may be TMI) I couldn't find a sport's bra
Suffice to say I very much regretted the lack of support.
I pushed myself almost too hard, and finished just a minute shy of the plan, but I made it 2.5 miles! I felt better after, and was so glad I didn't quit 15 minutes in like I wanted.
