This is from an email I got at work and wanted to share:
Autumn turns our attention to trees and their annual practice of shedding leaves. It is a natural process and one that reminds us that
it is sometimes necessary to let go of something that has been with us for a while;
we sometimes have to risk leaving ourselves exposed in order to receive the reward of renewal;
in spite of loss, we can find the strength to remain tall and strong; and
we are constantly evolving and every experience is valuable to our growth.
This week, reflect upon the leaves you want to shed. Mentally let them go and envision yourself unhindered and confidently facing the promising and cooler breezes of things to come.
