I got in my double workout this morning...just need to do my skinny jeans workout and go to bed. I'm working on finishing my water and I ate okay...a couple extra treats I should have passed on. Alexis and I had a good day. We went to the pumpkin farm with our good friends and did a lot of walking around. All my goals should be met for today given that I have up to an hour left. Tomorrow is a later work day than usual and then a piano lesson in the afternoon. Busy, but good for me. Make it a great week!
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-eat consciously and track food
-skinny jeans challenge day 14 and 5K+ run
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10
