Sweating up a storm but??

Ok I finally worked back up to doing longer workout dvd's. I have been doing a lot of 3 miles walks with Leslie Sansone WATP's and The Biggest Loser walks with Bob. I wore my Spark Tracker and was working my ass off, sweating all over my t-shirt. I was so disappointed to find that the tracker only credited me with 1.49 miles in the 49 mins doing the "Fast Four Miles". I get more miles and steps just going for a walk for that length of time. I figure since it isn't all walking but kicking, side steps etc., it isn't counting that stuff. But you jog (boosting walking) in this dvd, so does it come up short for those that jog or run on a regular basis? Those that have used LS dvd's understanding that even the 3 mile advance walks can be tough. All of my 3 mile walks are intermediate or advanced as is the FFM. Wondering how little credit I will get when I am back up to the 5/6 mile indoor walks.
When I used my watch pedometer I use to come up a little bit short like .20 miles but this is just not showing really how much I am working out again.
Jeff has been home for the last couple of days. He worked on his truck, which broke down last week when he was working about 25 miles from home. He had to AAA bring it home. The truck is 10 yrs old and a fuse blew because of a bad wire. All working ok now. He worked on my vette again because the right turn blinker stopped working. Normally a sign that you need to replace the blub. He replaced it but it still wouldn't work.
So now I have to use old time arm signal when making a right turn. How many people even know what those are anymore?? Someone waved at me the other day when I did it! LOL
I have an appointment tomorrow with the Endo doctor to talk about my thyroid. Will see what happens with that, if they want to do a biopsy or not on the questionable spots they found. TTY later all.
