Day 15 of 32 - Moving forward

Happy Columbus Day!!!

Good weekend, stayed on track, drank my water, ate within my calories and just kept my thoughts on my goals.

Today: I went to gym and walked at a 3.0 pace for an hour!!!

Currently half way through my water consumption for today. Made myself a delicious omelet of eggs of course, peppers, tomato, spinach and turkey crumbles ahhhhh so delicious!!!

I'm focusing on my next weight goal so I've posted that number around my house especially in the kitchen to keep it before me. I'm feeling rather positive these days despite the things going on around me...

My work schedule this week unless the government opens back up is Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. So I plan to make the most of my days off by working out a little harder and longer.
